Your readings are yours

A reading you create belongs to your account. Nobody else can open it: not another user, and not an administrator of this system. Access is decided by ownership alone, and holding an administrator account grants no ability to read what you have written.

If you try to open a reading that is not yours, the app answers exactly as it would for a reading that does not exist. It will not confirm that someone else’s reading is there.

The one way another person can see a reading

You can choose to share a single reading with a practitioner, so they can open it here rather than you having to send them a file. That is the only path, and it works in one direction only:

• You grant it. A practitioner cannot give themselves access.
• It covers one reading. Sharing one never exposes any of your others.
• They can read and download it. They cannot change it, delete it, or share it onward with anyone else.
• Your written reflections on that reading are included, because they are part of what a practitioner would be looking at.
• You can withdraw access at any time, and it stops working immediately.

A record is kept of shares granted and withdrawn, so the history of who was given access remains answerable.

Readings a practitioner performs for you

If a practitioner performs a reading for you during a consultation, that reading belongs to their account and is filed under your name. This is different from a reading you create yourself, which is private to you. The distinction matters, so it is stated plainly rather than left to be discovered.

When something goes wrong

If an action fails, this app records what happened so the fault can be found and fixed. That record contains the technical details of the failure and the information you had entered on that screen, because without it a problem often cannot be reproduced.

These records are visible only to the administrator of this system. They are used to fix faults, and for nothing else. If you choose to send a help request from an error message, your own description is attached to that same record.

What is stored, and where

Your email address, used to sign you in. The readings, reflections and consultation notes you enter. Records of failures, as described above.

The app runs on Vercel, stores data in a Neon Postgres database, and sends email through Resend. Those providers process this data in order to run the service. Nothing here is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.

Removing your data

You can delete a reading from within the app. To have your account and everything in it removed, use the link at the bottom of any page and say so. Data is kept while your account exists, so that your readings remain available to you.
